The Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC is a law firm that specializes in personal planning areas of the law, including:

• personal estate and legacy planning

• probate and trust settlement
• medicaid planning and special needs trusts
• trust administration
• guardianships

However, we also maintain relationships with local and national attorneys in other fields of law that we can refer our clients to when we cannot personally handle their needs.

Who Are We?

Our attorneys are all licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Our office is located in Maitland, FL. Currently the firm consists of five attorneys (two Board Certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates), three paralegals, a client services coordinator and four administrative support staff.

We provide legal advice and help clients write legal plans to carry out their own personal goals and objectives, including objectives like:

Estate Planning is best fulfilled through a Team Effort, the inter-related work of a variety of professionals you can count on to advise you on some of the most important decisions you have to make.
